Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier,
    have taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return of the goods

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after declaring your withdrawal.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself.

Compensation for loss of value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special note on the hygiene seal (very important)

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the polygraph is provided with a hygiene seal.

The right of withdrawal expires if:

  • the hygiene seal has been removed or damaged after delivery,

  • the device has been put into operation or used.

In this case, a return is excluded for hygiene reasons, as the product can no longer be considered as new or resalable.

Please only remove the hygiene seal or use the device if you definitely want to keep it.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery

  • individually manufactured or personalized products
